After modernisation, hospitality is no longer regarded as a personal act. Instead, good customer service and facilities determines good hospitality. It costs more to experience good hospitality as facilities and services get better with time and whether a customer can afford to pay for such luxury.
Relationships between the guest and the host is still a basic foundation in this modernised world and it is maintained and built up whenever the services and facilities provided in the industry are of impressive standard or better than what was expected. This allows the guest to feel comfortable and welcomed.
