Our team's Driving Question: How relevant is the notion, "hospitality is the relationship between a guest and a host" in today's hospitality industry?
Cognitive Team 4 W45L United Stand: We agree to the notion (from strangers, to guests, to friends) to a certain extent. We disagree due to the way they communicate, interact, provide service and priority.
